A little bit about me
I have always loved connection to others whether it be meaningful conversations, tight hugs or a shared smile. Naturally, I became a Registered Nurse, a profession that allows me to care for people. I have had the privilege to be with those at their most vulnerable moments; the birth of new life and the conculsion of a life well lived.
As much as I love connecting with others, my most meaningful relationship has been with myself. I understand what it's like to live in today's world as a millennial woman, constantly juggling the many roles/hats while striving for balance and fulfillment in my life. It's like one day you wake up and you aren't sure how things became so unmanageable or how to take the next step. Working in therapy sessions allowed me to reconnect with myself again which ultimately allowed me to shape the future I was seeking.
My connection to self has made such an impactful shift for me that I have been on a mission to help mother Millennial Women become self aware and step into their personal power too.
Reflection and exploration of the self is hard and can be overwhelming. It requires us to ask the tough questions and remove the veil we so often hide behind. As an RN psychotherapist, I'm here to provide you a space where you can explore your personal experiences, strengthen your emotional intelligence and build your tool kit to help you ride the waves of change and challenge.
